Stryker Data Analytic interns will get to:* Apply classroom knowledge in a fast-paced and growing industry setting* Implement new ideas, be constantly challenged, and develop your skills* Network with key/high-level stakeholders and leaders of the business* Be a part of an innovative team and cultureAssigned projects to include:Using PowerBI to create and update HR Operations Reporting.

This would include meeting with managers to gather change requests and some project management.Utilizing Workday Reporting to create and update HR operations workday reporting.

This would include meeting with managers or stakeholders to gather their requirements and some project management.Using Workday Prism to combine and upload different data sets for HR reporting.

This would require learning about the technical aspects of each system and using data management principles.What You Need* Currently working on completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, I/O Psychology, or equivalent; we will only consider students who plan be enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the summer* Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above; must be the case at the date of hire and also will be verified during background check in the spring* This role is not eligible for Visa sponsorship from Stryker.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow* Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm* Ability to exercise independent judgment* Proficient on basic computer programs: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint* Proven leadership and business acumen skills* Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines* Strong interpersonal skills* Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, Workday, and/or Prism preferred
