We create the content for customer experiences
– including in-product help, UX writing, documentation, video, and training
– for Microsoft 365, which includes Office 365, Teams, Windows, Security, and more. Our content brings clarity to the complex and helps customers keep their businesses and employees productive and secure.

We take this responsibility seriously. Your words will help people in businesses, governments, and schools understand, plan, set up, and manage the latest cloud services from Microsoft to meet challenges like remote work and cyber-security threats, digitally transform their work, and achieve more. You’ll work with world-class designers, content creators, and engineering teams.

You’ll create new product experiences and your words will help customers learn, solve their problems, and get the most out of those products.

You’ll use data to understand how to improve experiences and content to help customers have positive experiences.

You’ll gain perspective into the future and a chance to shape how that future impacts millions of customers around the globe. To be considered for a position for students and recent graduates, you need to be enrolled full-time as a student within 12 months from graduation majoring in an applicable field or graduated within last 12 months majoring in an applicable field. **Responsibilities** What you’ll do Write and edit clear UI text for new product features Contribute to design reviews for new products and content experiences Design and write end-to-end how-to guidance that make it easy for customers to get started with our products and create great things Help outline new training curriculum Write scripts and help produce videos Study content analytics and interview customers to define your plans from content strategy to day-to-day improvements Envision and drive experiments to test out new ideas Collaborate with your team to plan out content for major product releases and events **Qualifications** What you’ll need
· Currently pursuing bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree in engineering, computer science or related field with at least 3 semesters remaining to graduation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively in a professional voice that is tuned to different audiences. Customer obsession with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail A data-driven approach to content planning, execution, validation, and impact analysis Great to have Experience producing videos or visual content Experience setting up and managing online collaboration tools like Teams, Slack, SharePoint, Google GSuite Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
